About Me
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 12 years of experience, I am dedicated to providing trauma-informed care to individuals seeking healing and personal growth. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
I obtained my Bachelor of Social Work at Union University in 2012 and my Master of Social Work at Union University in 2018. I hold advanced certifications as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional II (CCTP-II) and in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT).
I specialize in addressing a range of concerns, such as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), childhood trauma, sexual assault and abuse recovery, complex trauma (C-PTSD), grief and loss, and anxiety and depression related to trauma. I am particularly experienced in working with combat veterans, first responders, and healthcare workers. I am committed to creating a collaborative and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered to make meaningful changes and achieve their goals.
